and will be teaching classes specifically designed to improve
golfers' technique.



Pilates Conditioning for Golf

These sessions are designed to improve flexibility, power, stability, endurance and
mobility, all crucial factors influencing golf technique. They can also prevent and
rehabilitate injuries common among golfers eg shoulder, back and knee pain.

These classes have a maximum of six participants.
